Processing Time
Our typical processing schedule involves packing orders on Mondays and Thursdays, with drop-offs scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 days from the order date. However, please note that custom and handmade products may require 1-2 weeks for processing. For specific details, refer to individual product listings.
Orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed on the next business day.
International Orders
For international orders, we highly recommend selecting Auspost or another major freight service to ensure your package is insured. Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any local duties, taxes, and advancement fees upon delivery in countries where applicable.
Discreet Packaging
If you prefer discreet packaging, simply mention it in the 'Notes' section during checkout. Your products will be shipped in a plain black bag for added privacy.
